United Modi Hydropower Limited (UMHL) has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 27th of Baisakh, 2083. This gathering will take place at Kalimati Banquet in Kalimati, Kathmandu, commencing at 11:00 am on that date.
Among various other topics on the agenda, the AGM will ratify a 7.36842% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors convened on Falgun 08 has resolved to allocate 7% as bonus shares and a 0.36842% cash dividend (for tax-related purposes). The current paid-up capital of UMHL stands at Rs. 1.23 Arba.
Additionally, there is an agenda item to approve the auditor’s report along with profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, as well as to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83. There will be a vote to elect two directors as well.
Please note that the book closure date is set for Baishakh 04. Thus, shareholders who are registered before this date are eligible for the dividend payout and can participate in this AGM.
