United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Limited (UMRH) called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 11th day of Chaitra, 2081. This meeting will take place at the Avya Club in Pokhara, Kaski, commencing at 11 AM on that date.
The organization has suggested a 4% bonus share distribution, valued at Rs. 1.77 crores, alongside a 0.211% cash dividend (for tax purposes) amounting to Rs. 9,32,842 for the fiscal year 2080/81. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 44.31 crores. Additionally, the company has decided to issue 100% right shares after accounting for the allocation of the 4% bonus shares from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 44.31 crores.
Moreover, the agenda includes approving the auditor’s report along with Profit and Loss (PL) statements, financial statements, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year 2080/81, as well as appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82. There is also a plan to hold elections for the board of directors.
The closure of the books for the proposed dividend and AGM is set for 23 Falgun, 2081. Consequently, shareholders on record as of the 22nd Falgun are eligible for the dividend payout and may participate in the AGM.
