United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has proposed a dividend of 10.5263% for the fiscal year 2080/81.

During the 61st session of the board of directors convened on Ashadh 04, it was resolved to allocate a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The proposal includes 10% bonus shares alongside a 0.5263% cash dividend (for tax considerations). The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 2.10 Arba.

The distribution of the dividend will take place only after receiving the nod from the Nepal Insurance Authority and approval at the company’s forthcoming AGM. UAIL’s shares closed at Rs. 570.86.
