Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced the dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The 191st Board of Directors meeting for Unilever Nepal Limited took place virtually (via video call on Microsoft Team Site) on Ashwin 7, 2082. The Board has approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2081/82, consequently recommending a dividend distribution of NPR 1,842 per equity share from the profit available for distribution.
The book closure period is from 11th to 25th Kartik 2082, while the 32nd AGM is planned for 25th Kartik, 2082. Thus, shareholders registered before this date are eligible for the dividend payout. At the time of writing, UNL holds an LTP of Rs. 47,790.
