In a significant development, Unilever Nepal Limited has granted its approval for a dividend distribution of NPR 1,842 per share for the fiscal year 2081/82 during the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) convened on Tuesday, 11 November 2025.
The gathering was held in person at the Everest Hotel, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 4:30 PM NST, where shareholders unanimously supported the suggested dividend based on the profits available for distribution.
In line with Section 22(d) of the NEPSE regulations, the company has officially communicated to the relevant authorities that the dividend has been ratified and accepted by its shareholders.
