Today marks the final opportunity to secure the 12.6315% dividend recommended by Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI). The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2nd of Ashadh, 2082. The gathering will take place at Amrapali Banquet, located in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, commencing at 11 am on that day.
Among other matters on the agenda, the AGM will ratify a 12.6315% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 151st board meeting held on Baishakh 23 resolved to allocate the dividend against the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.64 Arba. This proposal includes 12% bonus shares valued at Rs. 55.68 crore and a cash dividend of 0.6315%, amounting to Rs. 2.93 crore. The cash dividend is intended to cover the tax liability on the bonus shares.
The book closure date is set for Jestha 26, 2082. Thus, shareholders who have retained their shares until now are eligible for the dividend distribution and are invited to participate in this AGM
