• ExpertNepal provides a platform for Clients to hire Freelancers for various projects and services.
• ExpertNepal is not a party to any contracts between Clients and Freelancers.
• The platform facilitates communication and payment processing between Clients and Freelancers.

4. User Conduct

• Users agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users must not post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Users must not use the platform to engage in any fraudulent activity or to impersonate any person or entity.

5. Payment Terms

• Clients agree to pay Freelancers for services rendered through the platform.
• Freelancers agree to complete the services as outlined in the project agreement with the Client.

6. Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute between a Client and a Freelancer, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

• By submitting content to the platform, Users grant ExpertNepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

9. Limitation of Liability
