Synergy Power Development Limited (SPDL) has revealed substantial investments in a pair of hydropower initiatives, following the decision reached during its 164th board gathering on 6th Shrawan 2082.
In accordance with the resolution adopted in the meeting, the company will contribute to the following projects:
1. Mid Hongu Khola A Hydropower Initiative
Promoter Company: Apex Makalu Hydropower Limited
Number of Shares: 1,100,000 units
Investment Amount: Rs. 110,000,000
2. Mid Hongu Khola B Hydropower Initiative
Promoter Company: Gaurishankar Power Development Limited
Number of Shares: 1,400,000 units
Investment Amount: Rs. 140,000,000
Overall, Synergy Power Development Limited will purchase 2.5 million units of shares, dedicating an investment of Rs. 25 crores across both initiatives. This endeavor underscores SPDL’s strategic approach to broaden its energy portfolio and enhance its standing in Nepal’s expanding hydropower industry.
