SY Panel Nepal Limited IPO Allotment Concludes

The IPO allotment for SY Panel Nepal Limited was finalized today at the venue of the issue manager, Prabhu Capital Limited, located in the Prabhu Group Building, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The firm had offered 40,76,156 units as part of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general populace from the period of 19th Kartik, 2082 to 23rd Kartik, 2082.

The total capital issued by the company was Rs. 1.30 Arba. Out of this, 40%, equivalent to 5,232,548 unit shares, were made available to the public. From the entire issued capital, 2%, amounting to 261,627 unit shares worth Rs. 2.61 Crores, were allocated to the locals affected by the project in Chitwan district. The remaining 38% of the issued capital, totaling 4,970,920 unit shares, was designated for the general public. Within this public offering, 10%, which totals 497,092 unit shares, was already set aside for Nepalese citizens residing overseas. Furthermore, 3% of this public offering, or 149,127 units, were earmarked for the company’s employees, while 5% of the total shares offered, equating to 248,546 units, were reserved for mutual funds. The leftover 4,076,156 units were opened for the general public.

The issue attracted a total of 20,87,320 valid applications for 2,31,78,470 units. In contrast, 18,054 applications for 2,28,650 units faced disqualification.

Following the allotment procedure, 4,07,615 applicants were randomly assigned 10 units each, and 6 applicants received 1 unit each.
