Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has taken the initiative to purchase land for the construction of its headquarters in Kathmandu. This resolution was reached during the organization’s 451st board assembly, which took place on 2081/11/01 (Thursday) at 7:00 AM.
According to the resolution, SWBBL will acquire 1 ropani 11 aana 0 paisa 2 daam (around 862.99 square meters) of land located in Ward No. 4, Baluwatar, Kathmandu Metropolitan City. This strategy aims to broaden the institution’s operational scope and improve its service delivery.
The procurement of land for a purpose-built office signifies a notable advancement in SWBBL’s dedication to long-term infrastructure enhancement. The organization, which has been offering microfinance services, intends to bolster its administrative and financial functions through this effort.
