Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMFBS) has proposed a dividend of 5.2632%, amounting to Rs. 76.91 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2080/81.
During the 102nd session of the board of directors held on Chaitra 7, it was decided to allocate the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.61 Crores. This includes 5% bonus shares valued at Rs. 73.06 lakhs and a 0.2632% cash dividend (to cover taxes) amounting to Rs. 3.84 lakhs.
The dividend distribution is contingent upon approval from the central bank and confirmation by the company’s forthcoming AGM.
Yesterday, SMFBS shares closed at Rs. 1,886.60.
