Swabalamban Bittiya Sanstha Limited Proposes 10% Dividend for FY 2081/82

Swabalamban Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWBBL) has announced a proposed dividend of 10% for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The 467th meeting of the board of directors, convened on Mangsir 03, 2082, has resolved to allocate dividends based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.65 Arba. The proposal includes 5.6365% in bonus shares amounting to Rs 9.33 crores (9,33,750), along with a cash dividend of 4.3635% (inclusive of tax) valued at Rs. 7.22 crores.

The distribution of the dividend will only take place after receiving approval from the central bank and subsequent confirmation at the company’s forthcoming AGM. At the time of writing, SWBBL’s last traded price stands at Rs. 780.00.
