In accordance with the resolution made during the Board of Directors gathering of Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL), the organization has put forth a plan to issue rights shares at a ratio of 2:1, equating to 50% in rights shares.
The board convened on Mangsir 04, 2082, and resolved to release 50% in rights shares, which would raise the paid-up capital to Rs. 2.20 Arba. Consequently, following the issuance of 1,15,76,250 units of rights shares, the total paid-up capital of the company will soar to Rs. 3.35 Arba.
It is crucial to emphasize that the launch of these rights shares is dependent on obtaining necessary approvals from the respective regulatory bodies, specifically the Electricity Regulatory Commission and the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
