Super Madi Hydropower Limited (SMHL) has proposed a dividend of 5.2642% for the fiscal year 2081/82 and scheduled the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Poush 04, 2082. This gathering will take place at Hotel Imperial Kathmandu, situated in Battisputali, Kathmandu, commencing at 11:00 a.m. that day.
During the board of directors’ meeting on Mangsir 04, a proposal for 5% bonus shares valued at Rs. 11.02 Crores and a cash dividend of 0.2642% totaling Rs. 58,02,632 for the fiscal year 2081/82 was put forward. The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. 2.20 Arba.
The book closure date for dividends and the AGM is set for Mangsir 14. Hence, shareholders holding shares before this date will qualify for the dividend and may also participate in the AGM.
