Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLI) is concluding its rights issuance today. Originally launched on 30th Baishakh, 2082, the offer was slated to end on 19th Jestha, 2082. However, according to the latest announcement, the rights issuance was reopened from 3rd Ashadh, 2082, and it is now wrapping up today.
The company will allocate 27% right shares valued at Rs. 1.06 Arba through the distribution of 10,696,320 (1: 0.27) units of right shares to its current shareholders. The existing paid-up capital stands at Rs. 3.96 Arba. Following the adjustment of the proposed right shares, meaning 10,696,320 units, the firm’s paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 5.03 Arba.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been designated as the issuing manager.
The book closure date was 5th Baishakh. Consequently, shareholders recorded before that date qualify for the rights issuance
