Simrik Air Limited has officially announced that it will held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashadh 25 (which falls on July 9). The gathering is planned to occur at the company’s registered headquarters in Kathmandu at 5 PM.
A significant highlight of the forthcoming AGM is the suggestion to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) at a premium rate. This initiative is anticipated to draw in investors looking for long-term returns in Nepal’s aviation industry. Moreover, the company has proposed to allocate bonus shares to its shareholders, indicating robust financial performance and optimism about future expansion.
The meeting will also assess and endorse the company’s annual report for the previous fiscal year. Shareholders will receive comprehensive financial statements, including the profit and loss statement and the cash flow documentation. These papers are scheduled to be discussed and approved during the session, in line with the company’s customary annual compliance and transparency protocols.
