Siddhartha Bank To Issue Rs. 2.5 Arba Worth “SBL Debenture 2091”

Siddhartha Bank Limited has released an offer letter for the issuance of 2,500,000 units of “SBL Debenture 2091” to the general populace.

This debenture, which has a maturity span of 10 years and an interest rate of 7.25%, will be open for applications from 29th Ashad to 32nd Ashad, 2082. Should the total issue not reach full subscription, the deadline may be extended to Shrawan 11, 2082.

2,500,000 units will be offered at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 per unit. From the total units issued, 60%, equivalent to 1.5 million units, will be subscribed through private placement, while the balance of 1 million units, amounting to Rs. 1 Arba, will be available for public subscription. Additionally, 5%, or 50,000 units, will be designated for mutual funds. This issuance is set to raise a total of Rs 2.5 Arba.

NMB Capital Limited is acting as the manager for this issue. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 2,500,000 units.
