Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has announced a proposed dividend of 6.4% for the fiscal year 2081/82.
In its 362nd board meeting conducted on Mangsir 9, a decision was reached to allocate dividends based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1 Arba. A proposed cash dividend of 6.4%, amounting to Rs. 6.4 crores, has been put forward.
This dividend will be dispensed only following approval from the central bank and ratification at the company’s forthcoming AGM.
