Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited (SHINE) has summoned its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 26th of Mangsir, 2082. The gathering will take place at Hotel Saffron C.K. Pvt. Ltd., located in Butwal, Rupandehi, commencing at 12:30 p.m. that very day.
Among the various topics, the AGM will approve a 13% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The bank’s 319th board gathering, conducted on the 21st of Kartik 2082, has suggested a 13% dividend from the paid-up capital, which amounts to Rs. 4.87 Arba. This includes 3% bonus shares valued at Rs. 14.62 crore and a 10% cash dividend (after tax) totaling Rs. 48.75 crore.
