An accord has been established between Shine Resunga Development Bank Limited and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) for the listing of the “Shine Resunga Debenture (SHINED)”.
In accordance with the agreement, 1,000,000 units have been registered at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 per unit. The issuance was open from 32nd Ashadh to 4th Shrawan, 2082.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited acted as the issue manager.
As indicated by its name, the Shine Resunga Debenture (SHINED) is a debenture with a maturity of ten years and an interest rate of 8%.
