Shangrila Development Bank Limited (SADBL) has announced a dividend of 10.3583% amounting to Rs. 36.83 crores for the fiscal year 2081/82.
During its 374th board meeting on Kartik 28, a decision was made to allocate the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.55 Arba. The proposal includes 5% bonus shares along with a 5.3583% cash dividend (for taxation reasons). Accordingly, the value of the bonus shares exceeds Rs. 17.78 crores, and the cash dividend totals Rs. 19.05 crores.
The distribution of the dividend is contingent upon the authorization of the central bank as well as the confirmation by the company’s forthcoming AGM. At the time of this report, SADBL is trading at an LTP of Rs. 391.10.
