SEBON approved IPO Proposal of Shreenagar Agritech Industries

The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal from Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited. This approval was granted on the 13th of Shrawan, 2082.

According to the sanctioned proposal, the company will make a total of 3,262,500 shares available to the public, representing 20% of its overall issued capital. The shares will be priced at a nominal value of Rs. 100 each.

Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been designated as the issue manager for this public offering.

ICRA Nepal Limited has revised the issuer rating of Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited upward from [ICRANP-IR] B- to [ICRANP-IR] B. Entities with this rating are deemed to possess a high likelihood of defaulting on their financial commitments. The rating reflects the issuer’s overall creditworthiness and is not tailored to any specific debt instrument. The rating scale spans from [ICRANP-IR] AA to [ICRANP-IR] C, with plus (+) and minus (-) signs indicating relative positioning within a grade. A B+ rating is one notch above B, while B- is one notch below.
