The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proposal submitted by Bhujung Hydropower Limited (BJHL). This authorization was granted on 11th Mangsir, 2082.
As per the approved plan, the company will release a total of 2,000,000 shares to the public. These shares will be available at a nominal value of Rs. 100 each.
Kumari Capital Ltd has been designated as the issue manager for this public offering.

Founded in 2015, Bhujung Hydropower (P.) Ltd is a company focused on hydropower development. It is currently working on the Upper Midim Hydropower Project, which is a run-of-river project with an authorized capacity of 7.5 MW. This project is situated in Kwhlosothar Rural Municipality in the Lampung district of Nepal. The company’s head office is located in Old Baneswor, Kathmandu.
