Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) has scheduled its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 21st of Ashadh, 2082. The gathering will take place at Jyoti Banquet and Event Management Pvt Ltd, located in Maijubahal, Kumarigal, Kathmandu, commencing at 8 am on that date.
Here are the items on the AGM agenda:
1) Approval of the company’s annual report
2) Ratification of the auditor’s report for 2080/081, including the PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements.
3) Selection of the auditor and establishment of their fees for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) Other business.
Among the various topics, there is a proposal to issue rights shares at a 1:1 ratio to enhance the company’s authorized and issued capital.
The book closure date is set for Ashadh 9. Investors who hold shares prior to that date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
