Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) has released a statement concerning the conclusion of the lock-in phase for its promoters, local inhabitants of the project-affected region, and employee shares, with the lock-in phase set to conclude on the 23rd of Shrawan, 2082.
In accordance with the latest regulations from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Sayapatri Hydropower has formally informed its investors and stakeholders about the end of the lock-in phase for shares owned by its promoters, local individuals from the project-affected region, and shares belonging to employees. The lock-in phase is scheduled to terminate next month on the 23rd of Shrawan, 2082.
SPHL currently has 3,000,000 share units listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Among this total, promoters possess 2,100,000 units, residents of the project-affected area hold 178,940 units, and company employees have 14,421 units, all of which have been under a lock-in phase since the IPO allocation three years ago.
As stated in the official announcement, shares held by the Board of Directors and higher management employees will not be available for trading once the lock-in phase expires.
