The board of directors’ gathering has put forth the idea of a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. This includes a 15% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 74.63 Crores (tax included) and 5% in bonus shares, valued at Rs. 24.87 crores. The company’s current paid-up capital stands at Rs. 4.97 Arba.
The dividend distribution is contingent upon approval at the company’s forthcoming AGM. In the previous fiscal year 2080/81, the company had provided a 10% cash dividend.
