During its 38th Board of Directors meeting held on Falgun 12, the board has put forth a proposal for a 9.2489% dividend for the fiscal period 2080/81. This includes 9% in bonus shares and 1.2489% in cash dividends. The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 4.51 Arba.
It is important to note that this dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and further ratification by the upcoming AGM of the organization.
