Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) called its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 21st of Chaitra, 2081. The session is set to take place at Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, commencing at 11 am on that day.

Among the various items on the agenda, the AGM will ratify a 7.8947% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 155th Board of Directors session held on Magh 24 has resolved to allocate a cash dividend of 0.3947% (for taxation reasons) totaling Rs. 78.94 lakhs and 7.5% in bonus shares amounting to Rs. 15 crores. Currently, the paid-up capital of SGIC stands at Rs. 2.00 Arba.

In addition, the agenda includes the approval of the auditor’s report alongside profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow statements, the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82, and validation of director appointments.

Chaitra 08 is established as the book closure date. Consequently, shareholders registered before this day are eligible for the dividend distribution and may participate in this AGM.
