Sanima Capital Limited has prolonged the deadline for the mutual fund initiative “Sanima Flexi Fund” for the public and institutions until the 20th of Falgun, 2081. The offering commenced on the 6th of Falgun and was originally set to conclude today, the 11th of Falgun, 2081. However, due to insufficient applications, the deadline has been extended to Falgun 20.
Out of the total 10 crore unit shares valued at Rs. 1 Arba, 40%, which equates to 4 crore units worth Rs. 40 crores, will be issued. Of this, 13%, or 1.3 crore units worth Rs. 13 crores, has been designated for the fund sponsor Sanima Bank Limited, while 2%, totaling 20 lakh units valued at Rs. 2 crores, has been allocated to the scheme manager Sanima Capital Limited. The balance of 2.5 crore units worth Rs. 25 crore will be available to the general public and institutions.
“Sanima Flexi Fund” is categorized as an open-ended fund. Participants can apply for a minimum of 100 units up to a maximum of 40,00,000 units.
According to CDSC, as of 5 pm yesterday, a total of 29,869 applicants have submitted requests for 1,95,51,660 units valued at Rs. 19.55 Crore.
