Sanima Bank announced cash divided of 7.3685%

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has announced a cash dividend of 7.3685% for the fiscal year 2081/82.

During the Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on Ashwin 03, it was resolved to allocate a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) totaling RS. 1.00 Arba. The company’s paid-up capital is recorded at Rs. 13.58 Arba.

This resolution awaits approval from the NRB before it is ratified at the bank’s AGM.
