United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) has commenced the offering of its 10% rights shares today, on 26th Chaitra, 2082, which will continue until 16th Baisakh, 2083.
The firm will release 10% rights shares valued at Rs. 23.10 crores, amounting to 23.1 lakh (1:0.10) units of rights shares for its current shareholders. The company’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 2.10 Arba. Following the incorporation of the proposed rights shares, totaling 23.1 lakh units, the paid-up capital will rise to Rs. 2.33 arba.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited has been designated as the issue manager.
The book closure date is set for 17th Falgun, 2082. Therefore, investors who owned shares prior to that date are eligible to apply for them.
