A total of 2,414,100 right shares from Joshi Hydropower Development Company Ltd (JOSHI) have been officially listed on NEPSE.
The firm offered 65% in right shares, which translates to 2,414,100 (1:0.65) units, to its current shareholders between 15th Shrawan and 19th Bhadra, 2082. The initial paid-up capital stood at Rs. 37.14 Crores. Following the inclusion of the proposed right shares, which amounts to 2,414,100, the company’s paid-up capital soared to Rs. 62.28 Arba. These right shares are now successfully listed on NEPSE.
Currently, JOSHI shares are trading at Rs. 357.00.
