Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has announced its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 28th of Jestha, 2082. The gathering will take place at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, located in Gaushala, Kathmandu, commencing at 11 AM on that day.
The agendas set for the AGM include:
1) Approval of financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81.
2) Approval of the auditor’s report including the PL statements, financial statements, and cash flow statements.
3) Approval of the auditor’s appointment for the fiscal year 2081/82.
4) To determine suitable finance companies/financial institutions for the potential merger and acquisition with Reliance Finance Limited.
5) Miscellaneous matters.
The book closure date is Jestha 14. Therefore, shareholders who hold shares prior to this date are eligible to attend the AGM.
