Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has announced the date for its Special General Meeting (SGM), which will take place on Chaitra 03, 2081. The gathering is set to commence at 11 AM in Welcome Party Palace, Chapagaun, Lalitpur.
The following Agenda will be discussed:
1. Modification of the company’s Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association to reflect the updated issued capital following the rights share issuance.
2. Empowering the Board of Directors to make necessary alterations in compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Selection of two directors in accordance with company bylaws.
4. Ratification of the independent director’s appointment.
Furthermore, the company will temporarily suspend its shareholder register on Falgun 25, 2081, for one day. Shareholders listed prior to Falgun 24, 2081, will be eligible to attend the SGM.
