The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted its endorsement for a public offering valued at Rs 34.05 billion during the first ten months of the ongoing fiscal year 2024/25 [2081/82]. In total, SEBON has sanctioned the issuance of 40 different securities. Among these, 12 firms have been authorized to issue rights shares, while 8 companies have secured approval to launch their IPOs. Additionally, 15 mutual fund schemes and 5 debenture issuances have also obtained final consent from SEBON.
The public issue amount approved by the Securities Board include:
1. Right Share: Rs 13.19 Billion
2. Ordinary Share: Rs. 2.23 Billion
3. Mutual Funds: Rs 11.80 Billion
4. Debenture: Rs. 6.82 Billion
