Prabhu Capital Limited has extended the timeline for the mutual fund initiative “Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme” to the general public & institutions until the 6th Ashadh, 2082. The offer commenced on the 23rd Jestha, 2082, and was anticipated to conclude today, the 27th Jestha, 2082. Nevertheless, as the scheme did not attract sufficient applications, the timeline has been extended until the 6th Ashadh, 2082.
Out of 4 crore unit shares, 7.5%, which amounts to 30 lakh units valued at Rs. 3 crore, has been designated to the scheme administrator, Prabhu Bank Limited, while an equal 7.5%, or 30,00,000 units worth Rs. 3 crores, has been assigned to the fund initiator, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2,50,00,000 units valued at Rs 25 Crore will be made available to the general population and organizations.
According to CDSC, a total of 29,737 applicants have sought 1,13,04,880 units worth Rs. 11.30 Crore up till now. This information is current as of 5 pm.
The “Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme” is an open-ended fund. Applicants are allowed to request a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 31,00,000 units.
