Prabhu Insurance Company Proposes 18.95% Dividend for FY 2080/81

Prabhu Insurance Company Limited (PRIN) Proposes a dividend of 18.9474% for the fiscal year 2080/81.

During its 449th board meeting on Ashad 08, the directors resolved to allocate an 18.9474% dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. This includes 18% in bonus shares and a cash dividend of 0.9474% (designated for tax considerations). Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at Rs. 1.44 Arba.

The distribution of the dividend will proceed only after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and confirmation at the upcoming AGM of the company. PRIN’s stock closed at Rs. 834.34 yesterday.
