Nepal Micro Insurance Limited is set to offer 18,45,000 units of IPO shares at a nominal value of Rs. 100 starting from 11th Falgun, 2081. The final date for this offering is 15th Falgun, 2081, and if the shares are not fully subscribed, the period may be extended until 15th Falgun, 2081.
From the overall total of 22,50,000 units; 10%, equating to 2,25,000 units, have been allocated to Nepali citizens residing abroad. Additionally, 3%, corresponding to 67,500 units, have been reserved for company employees, while 5% of the total shares on offer, amounting to 1,12,500 units, have been designated for mutual funds. The remaining 18,45,000 units will be available for the general public, with the subscription process commencing from 11th Falgun, 2081.
