NMB Capital Limited has prolonged the deadline for the mutual fund initiative “NMB Hybrid Fund L-II” to the public and organizations until 8th Falgun, 2081. The offering commenced on the 24th Magh and was originally scheduled to conclude today, which is the 24th Magh, 2081. However, due to insufficient applications for the scheme, the deadline has been extended until Falgun 8.
Out of 12 crore unit shares, 1%, equivalent to 12 lakh units valued at Rs. 1.2 crore, have been designated for the scheme manager NMB Capital Limited, while 14%, amounting to 1,68,00,000 units worth Rs. 16.80 crores, have been assigned to the fund sponsor NMB Bank Limited. The remaining 10,20,00,000 crore units, valued at Rs. 1.02 Arba, will be made available to the public and institutions.
“NMB Hybrid Fund L-II” is categorized as a closed-end fund. Applicants may request a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 1,20,00,000 units.
