A total of 1,21,437.80 unit additional shares of Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) have been officially recorded on NEPSE.
Nepal Lube Oil Limited (NLO) held its 33rd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 18, 2081, where a 25% payout for the fiscal year 2080/81 was ratified. The proposal included 20% bonus shares alongside 5% cash dividends derived from the paid-up capital of Rs. 6.07 Crores. These bonus shares have now been entered into the NEPSE listings.
Currently, NLO is trading at a Last Trade Price (LTP) of Rs. 276.90.
In addition, 96,31,220.22 unit entitlement shares of NLG Insurance Company Ltd. (NLG) have also been documented on NEPSE.
The company initiated the distribution of a 10:6.256 ratio of the entitlement shares to its shareholders, with a nominal value of Rs. 100, spanning from 11th Mangsir to 1st Poush, 2081. NLG issued 62.56% of its entitlement shares amounting to Rs. 96.31 crore, through the allocation of 9,631,220.22 (1: 0.6256) units of entitlement shares to existing shareholders, originating from a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.53 Arba. Following the adjustment for the proposed entitlement shares, i.e., 9,631,220.22 units, the company’s paid-up capital increased to Rs. 2.50 Arba. These entitlement shares are now also listed on NEPSE.
