The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved the “NIC ASIA Equity Linked Investment Scheme” valued at Rs 1 Arba on Ashadh 03, 2082.
This is an open-ended mutual fund initiative that will be issuing 10 crore unit shares, each at a nominal value of Rs 10 per share. The sponsor of the fund is NIC Asia Bank Limited, while the fund manager is NIC Asia Capital Limited.
