NIC Asia Capital Calls 9th AGM – Proposes 50% Dividend

NIC Asia Capital Limited has declared its 9th Annual General Gathering (AGM) scheduled for Bhadra 18, 2082, at its headquarters in Thapathali, Kathmandu. This assembly will deliberate on and sanction the annual report for FY 2081/082 and the suggested 50% cash payout (inclusive of tax) on the paid-up capital.

Having already disbursed 240% in cash payouts up to the 7th AGM, the endorsement of this proposal will elevate the total to 290%. The company is also progressing its digital transformation with the tagline “Now not in line, but Capital’s service Online,” and has transitioned most of its services to an online platform by the conclusion of FY 2081/082.
