On Thursday, Falgun 22, 2024, NIC Asia Bank hosted its 27th Annual General Meeting at the Army Officers’ Club located in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
During the meeting, the attendees reviewed and sanctioned the board’s report, the auditor’s findings, financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81, and various revisions to the bank’s memorandum and articles of incorporation.
Furthermore, the board sanctioned the release of NIC Asia Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares valued at Rs. 5 billion at Rs. 100 each, subject to required approvals.
