Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has put forward a 5% dividend for the financial year 2081/82, and has convened the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 25th Mangsir, 2082. This AGM is set to take place at the Smart Durbar in Kathmandu, commencing at 9:30 AM on that day.
In a board meeting held on Mangsir 02, the directors agreed to allocate the dividend based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.70 Arba. They have suggested 4.75% bonus shares alongside a 0.25% cash dividend (for taxation purposes).
Moreover, there is a plan to ratify the auditor’s report in conjunction with the profit and loss statements, financial documentation, and cash flow reports, as well as to designate an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The record closure date for the proposed dividend is set for Mangsir 14. The distribution of the dividend will occur only after receiving approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and confirmation through the company’s forthcoming 12th AGM.
