Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMLBBL) has declared that it will refrain from distributing dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
During the 361st Board Meeting of NMLBBL, which took place on Chaitra 07, 2081, the decision was made that the organization will not disburse any dividends for FY 2080/81. It is crucial to emphasize that this conclusion relies on the approval of the financial statements by the regulatory authority, Nepal Rastra Bank, and the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the institution.
At the time of writing, NMLBBL’s shares closed at Rs. 664.72.
