The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced a 1.1% gain today, rising by 29.87 points to close at 2,727.91. This follows a previous session gain of 19.56 points.
The trading session commenced at 2,701.27, with the index oscillating between a high of 2,738.01 and a low of 2,701.27. The day’s total turnover reached Rs. 10.05 Arba, encompassing 18,081,168 shares traded across 302 companies through 102,861 transactions.
Sector-wise, the Micro-Finance Index registered the highest gain, advancing by 2.45%, while the Trading Index experienced the most significant decline, falling by 1.27%.

NRIC and CHDC led the turnover chart, recording transactions worth Rs. 32.64 crores, with its stock closing at Rs. 1,011.

EIGHT scrips emerged as the top gainers with a 10% increase each.

Conversely, Nyadi SAPDBL faced the steepest decline, dropping by 10%.
