Nepal SBI Bank Limited has announced an offer letter to release 30,00,000 units of “7% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2090” to the general public.
The debenture, having a maturity period of a decade and a coupon rate of 7.25%, will be available for applications from 30th Ashadh to 1st Shrawan, 2082. Should the issue not be completely subscribed, the application deadline may be extended to Shrawan 12, 2082.
30,00,000 units will be issued at a nominal value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Of the total units being offered, 60%, which amounts to 18 lakh units, will be subscribed through private placement, while the remaining 12 lakh units, valued at Rs. 1.20 Arba, will be accessible for a public offering. Furthermore, 5%, equating to 60,000 units, will be reserved for mutual funds. This issuance is expected to generate a total of Rs 3 Arba.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited serves as the issue manager. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 12,00,000 units.
