Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited has completed the allocation for the public offering of the “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” on 29th Jestha, 2082.
The offering was opened on 18th Jestha, 2082, and closed on 25th Jestha, 2082.
A total of 50,00,000 units were released at a nominal value of Rs. 1,000 per unit. From the total units offered, 60%, or 30 lakh units, were acquired through private placement, while the remaining 20 lakh units, amounting to Rs. 2 Arba, were made available for public offering. Furthermore, 5%, equivalent to 1,00,000 units, was reserved for mutual funds. The issuance generated a cumulative total of Rs. 5 Arba.
As indicated by its title, the “6% Nifra Harit Urja Debenture 2088/89” is a debenture with a duration of 7 years and a coupon rate of 6%.
