The firm allocated 88.45168% of its right shares, which equates to 50,30,901.55 units (1: 0.25), to its current shareholders between 8th Falgun and 14th Chaitra, 2081. Initially, the paid-up capital was Rs. 2.01 Arba. With the addition of the proposed right shares, amounting to 50,30,901.55, the overall paid-up capital has risen to Rs. 2.51 Arba. These right shares are now traded on NEPSE.
