Modi Energy Limited (MEL) has summoned its Special General Meeting (SGM) on the 19th of Ashadh, 2082. The gathering will take place at Rani Mahal Banquet, Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, commencing at 11:00 AM on that day.
Here are the agenda items for the SGM:
1) Deliberation on raising the authorized and paid-up capital of the firm from Rs. 2.90 Arba to Rs. 5.80 Arba.
2) Ratification of 100% rights shares based on the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 2.90 Arba.
3) To revise the Articles of Association following the issuance of 100% rights shares.
4) Grant full power to the Board of Directors to undertake the necessary actions related to amendments as directed by the regulatory board.
5) To sanction the selection of the board of directors from the promoter shareholding faction.
Ashadh 12 marks the book closure date. Therefore, shareholders registered by that date are entitled to participate in this meeting.
